The goal? Make clothing for people who are *not* models, make it right here in America, and make it *not* expensive. I'm talking jeans for the short and round, the tiny waist big booty, big waist not big booty, and so on. Flattering tees for shorter torsos that aren't just crop tops! "Misses" and "Average" sizes just ain't cuttin' it, mmkay?

The idea is to connect seamstresses and tailors together - and with you, to feature clothing staples you won't find in-store (yet) and won't have to order 3 sizes online just to be safe, only to return them all because the short version isn't short enough and the petite doesn't fit quite right. 

I want Short End of the Chic to be not just a blog and a store, but an inspiration.
